Josh is a well-rounded HR generalist and safety professional with experience across commercial, manufacturing and operational workplaces. He graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2006 with an HR degree and has worked in the field ever since — including organisational development, remuneration and benefits, recruitment, learning and development, and generalist HR roles.
He is down-to-earth and easy to talk to, with experience working alongside people at all levels of industry — from professional and commercial teams through to hands-on operational environments. His focus is on building strong working relationships and helping clients get practical, workable outcomes for their business.
